To provide the highest quality of care and customer service to families and individuals who entrust us with their health, via a team approach utilizing the latest advances in technology and information.
To Our Patients
Patients are an extended family and should be treated as such.
Patients are not an interruption to our work; they are the purpose of it. We are not doing them a favor; they are doing us a favor by letting us serve them.
Patients are not people with whom to argue. They deserve courteous, attentive treatment at all times.
Patients have needs. It is our duty, both to them and to us, to accommodate them properly and profitably.
Patients are the most important part of our profession and practice – the very need of our existence, and a proper perspective allows us to serve them better.
